On Behalf Of Apocalypse_67 and myself Would Like To Take This Opportunity To Congratulate all the winners on the wincustumize community skinning contest For The Outstanding Work.Appreciate All The Kind Words To Apo_67 & Company For Making All This Possible..

Unfortunately And Due The The Hurricane That Hit South Florida On 10/23/05 They Have No Electricity. So He Has Not Been Able To Sign On And Do What He Likes To Do Best, posting, caring For Others, uploading And Commenting. Power Should Be Back And Running Soon. As Of This Morning They Have Sent Groups Of Workers From Different Counties To Help With That Matter.

I Was Pretty Lucky To Leave Miami To Tampa (My Parents Place) The Day Before This Horrible Hurricane Came Through And Took Peoples Life, floods, drivers Sitting In An Endless Line Of Traffic Waiting To Fill Up On Gas On The Gas Station, uprooted Trees, trees That Had Fallen Over Onto Cars,no Land line Phone Service,no Power.
..
My Thoughts Are With All those That Suffered Through Yet Another Hurricane..

Glad y'all are ok
Been awonderin, since haven't heard from him.

My manager's down there as a FEMA volunteer. We suspect she may have slept through some of the orientation/training.

If he sees her, can he tell her: gators can run 30 mph (she needs to zig zag) and playing dead won't work.

#5 in thirteen months. Pretty tame here in the middle part of the state. Looked pretty rough for Metro-Dade tho. Best wishes to you and A67. Clean-up takes time so be careful. Most injuries and deaths occur during the aftermath.

Actually you stop, stand still and straight up. Gators can't turn their heads to the side and bite you. Then poke'em in the eye. I actually heard a man telling his wife/girlfriend this in a restaurant one day. She must've had a large life insurance policy. My advice.....climb a tree....I ain't never seen a gator in a tree.

YESSSSSSSSSSS!!!
Power Up.
All Systems GO!!

Thanks to my better half (Silver Bird) for relaying my message
And thanks to all that replied. I'm hoping everyone that lives on the south Florida counties escaped unharmed from this past storm and although my area was hit very hard, I was lucky to escape with virtual no damage to my house (only power lost)
Gladly my girl went to Tampa but due to work related issues I was unable to depart so I had to endure these four days with out electricity and endless lines at the gas stations and supermarkets.
Today everything is somewhat semi-normal and hopefully things would be better by next week.
On a good note, I was able to finish reading 2 novels that I had started about a year ago (thanks to candles and flash lights )
